
I would like to record my sincere thanks to Jon for the lifestyle and exercise coaching that I receive. Making nutritional changes, along with the exercise regime have given me the motivation to make a difference to my life and I feel great! I have far more energy both mentally and physically and can now work a full day with enough stamina left to attend exercise sessions in the evening as well as doing the gardening. As a bi-product of the regime, I have lost 2 inches from my waist and dropped almost 5 kilos of weight to 75 kilos. This weight reduction has not been achieved due to a 'diet' it is down to the lifestyle 'regime'.
Finally, my family and friends have commented that not only do I look better with more energy and better concentration levels, my demeanour has improved and I am a more relaxed person. A tremendous thank you from me, my wife and family for your guidance.

Before I started my sessions with Jon I had poor motivation and my energy levels were very low. Whilst I had joined a health club, I was not sure how to get the best out of my membership or which particular exercise programme would work best for me from the ones on offer. After discussing my aims and goals with Jon, he came up with the perfect regime for me and provided me with the incentive to stick to it. At my first assessment, I noted huge improvements and from there it has been onwards and upwards. When I first found Jon, I was in quite a bad way. My house had been flooded in the June, and my lane hit twice more after; in fact, the whole year had been one of the worst I had known. I was very depressed and crying all the time. In fact, I cried to anyone who stopped me in the street. I wanted self-help - that was the answer. I knew that I wanted to help myself.
Jon took action immediately. The first thing I learnt was how to breathe again - wow! I couldn't believe that I had forgotten how to breathe properly. Being a light smoker and drinker, he never condemned me and we concentrated on everything from the top. For example, water content, salt, oxygen, toxins and sleep. I wasn't sleeping and had been having bad nightmares. Let's just say that within ten weeks, Jon helped me lower my blood pressure, pulse rate, cholesterol and body fat. Improved my sleep, energy and eating habits, while encouraging me to think more organically and to take more care of myself.
I was a bit of a sinner, and still am, but by just making what seemed like small changes, my life has improved dramatically. Who knows what I will be able to achieve when I move on to the next level?
