Wellbeing Workshops

Understanding the importance of how we take better care of our mind and bodies is one of the most valuable areas of knowledge we can understand. Sharing this knowledge without jargon, keeping it simple and practical AND delivering a fun experience with positivity and enthusiasm is what we do best! 

Our popular wellbeing workshops are delivered to meet the needs of your team and the business. We believe people learn best when they take part and engage with the learning experience and when they’re having fun. We always keep this in mind by ensuring workshops are interactive and sprinkled with humour. Typical workshops last 45-60 mins and can be scheduled into the working day or over a lunchtime.

One to One Wellbeing MOT's

Our motivating one to one wellbeing MOT’s, bring a personal approach to supporting your team. Creating positive change is our mantra and these personal sessions allow us to really listen to the needs of each individual and advise real and practical advice. Choose from the following appointment options.

  1. The Wellbeing MOT – This includes measuring blood pressure, body fat percentage, hydration levels, hip to waist ratio and advice for improvements

  2. The Heart Health MOT – This includes measuring blood pressure, total and HDL Cholesterol and blood glucose as well as advice for improvements

  3. The Wellbeing tracker – This simple and effective health questionnaire allows employees to stop and consider their own health and the areas of it that can be improved. Advice and a clear action plan will be put into place.

All one to one appointments are 20 mins long, allowing enough time for advice to be given and action plans to be agreed.
